How it works


FOREVER Laser Dark (No-Cut) Low Temp
is the self weeding two paper system to produce vibrant transfers with no residue in the unprinted areas.

Laser Dark (No-Cut) is the fast and efficient transfer paper which allows you to print full colour, high street quality results onto a vast array of textiles and materials. Such as; Cotton, Polyester, Polycotton, Nylon (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Caps, Towels etc) and also Paper/Carton/Bookcovers.

Quick Guide

This Quick Guide demonstrates a general overview of the product.
Please refer to the Instructions for a full and accurate instructional guide.

1. Print your design/image (in reverse/mirror) onto the matt/frosted side of your A-Foil.
2. Press the A-Foil (on your Heat Press - Typically at 160°c for 90 seconds - Low Pressure) with the B-Paper.
3. Seperate the two sheets on your Heat Press (Hot Peel) and your transfer is ready.
The process of pressing the B-Paper with the A-Foil essentially coats the back of your image/design with a 'glue' for improved opacity with vibrant results.
3. Apply your transfer using the recommended time and temperature settings (see Instructions).
4. Cure/finish using Finishing Paper.
This improves the washability of your transfer and produces a softer feel when pressing onto textiles.

Finishes


The finishing of Laser Dark (No-Cut) Low Temp is a necessary step in the transfer process.
Below are the three unique options available for curing your print.



No-Cut Flock Sheets
Apply at 200째C for 2 minutes
to achieve a single colour 'felt' textured transfer.


Gloss or Matt Finishing Paper
The standard cure to your print, finish in matt or gloss sheen for improved washability and durability.


Hot Stamping Foils
Finish with a multitude of effects and colours, such as metallic gold/silver amongst many others.
